Comfortable stay with minor noise issue
The Deluxe Double Room offered a peaceful respite after busy days exploring Kyoto. A minor noise issue arose from plumbing, but it did not overshadow our enjoyment. Location was fantastic—just a stroll to vibrant market areas. Pro tip, bring snacks as on-site dining options are limited.

Exceptional staff made our stay
The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Nishiki market. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations, making us feel truly welcomed.
It was a smaller hotel, which meant there were no self-service laundry facilities. Although they do offer laundry services, it takes about two days.

Just a suitable option for short visits in Kyoto with best value. The system for entry and exit was quick and smooth. Bring your own snacks as there aren’t many food options nearby.

I stayed 4 nights in the Superior Twin Room and it was super comfy! The room had this beautiful ceiling light feature, and I loved the auto light in the entry and toilet. It felt quiet and was really well-appointed. Plus, having a big bath tub and the traditional Japanese shower area was a nice touch. The room had everything we needed for a chill stay!

The room we stayed in was super spacious with a lovely bathroom that had everything I needed. I really appreciated the indoor hot spring and the relaxing lounge area to unwind after a long day. If I had to nitpick, I found the bed a tad soft for my taste, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. Definitely bring a book to enjoy in the lounge! 😊
